Hello Everyone I hope your all awesome today!
Lets start with defining a breakthrough, a breakthrough is defined by any significant or sudden advance, development, achievement, or increase, as in scientific knowledge or diplomacy, that removes a barrier to progress.
Personally I think a breakthrough means - When God breaks you though!
Through whatever that is holding you back and hindering you from becoming all that God desires for you.
Spiritual breakthrough - 1 Corinthians Chapter 10 Verse Thirteen
No test or temptation that comes your way is beyond the course of what others have had to face. All you need to remember is that God will never let you down, he'll never let you be pushed past your limit; he'll always be there to help you come through it.
This is super reassuring to hear and a piece of scripture that can give so many people hope. That God will literally come to the rescue.
Isaiah Chapter 54 Verse 11 to 17
“Afflicted city, storm-battered, unpitied:
I’m about to rebuild you with stones of turquoise,
Lay your foundations with sapphires,
construct your towers with rubies,
Your gates with jewels,
and all your walls with precious stones.
All your children will have God for their teacher—
what a mentor for your children!
You’ll be built solid, grounded in righteousness,
far from any trouble—nothing to fear!
far from terror—it won’t even come close!
If anyone attacks you,
don’t for a moment suppose that I sent them,
And if any should attack,
nothing will come of it.
I create the blacksmith
who fires up his forge
and makes a weapon designed to kill.
I also create the destroyer—
but no weapon that can hurt you has ever been forged.
Any accuser who takes you to court
will be dismissed as a liar.
This is what God’s servants can expect.
I’ll see to it that everything works out for the best.”
God’s Decree.
Acts Chapter 1 Verse 8
He told them, “You don’t get to know the time. Timing is the Father’s business. What you’ll get is the Holy Spirit. And when the Holy Spirit comes on you, you will be able to be my witnesses in Jerusalem, all over Judea and Samaria, even to the ends of the world.”
God to me is breaker, not a heart breaker but I believe he's a bad breaker! He breaks through the bad to create ways for new, good and positive things in your life, for example if you are going through a rough time in your job, and you pray for breakthrough and you 'need' an answer and 'Gods not acting quick enough for you', you need to sit back and believe and trust that he will work in 'his own time' therefore do not rush the Lord! He has perfect timing and you know this deep down.
I believe God breaks the bad and replaces it with opportunities for good. I don't believe he just places good things your life, you have the free will to create good things in your life but I believe god gives us billions of opportunities throughout our days.
Some Christians believe that each day is a 'test' into heaven... I hate tests and hated sitting in exam halls and to try and get my head around the fact God has put us on his planet like a teacher putting children in an exam hall is just a bit to hard to contemplate.
I believe each day is a new opportunity he has forgave you for all your sins in the previous day, so start fresh, you have been given the chance and opportunity to create a wonderful day. Be a blessing towards someone else. And don't forget that if your waiting for a breakthrough don't give up on your savior.
3 Quick Steps to help you through a rough spot when waiting for a breakthrough.
Number One - Realize what you have in your life before complaining and asking for more.
Number Two - Prayer - Pray to the lord and connect in his word.
Number Three - Praise - He has done so much more than you know in your life. Praise him for the blessings in your life instead of worrying about the problems because he will fix your problems and you will have peace!
